**The Role**:
This Learning and Development Manager is a high profile role in our business
- by coaching leaders and building fit-for-purpose learning interventions you can make a big impact in developing and retaining our people.

To do this successfully, you'll bring both a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver on operational learning initiatives. Our Learning and Development function is just getting started, so you have the opportunity to build the strategy and really solid foundations to engage.

**The impact you will make**:

- Translate business strategy into a learning and development roadmap. You will use data and insights to decide where to focus
- Local program management of global Leadership Programs related to HiPo development
- Development and facilitation of internally developed content
- you'll energise and excite our employees passion for learning
- Be involved in a wide range of OD and L&D Initiatives

**The talents you will bring**:

- 5+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in Learning and Development, though if you're passionate and have gained experience through other avenues, we'll take this into account too
- A great facilitator
- your energised by interacting with stakeholders and learners
- The ability to simplify and choose the most impactful interventions
- you make tough choices make this a reality.
- Experience building a Learning and Development function from the ground up
- you're comfortable building strong foundations.
- You'll be a natural collaborator who can work through others and navigate complexity to get things done.
- Ability to leverage HR Tech
- you'll own the LMS and help make future learning tech decisions.
- Demonstrated creation & delivery of simple & focussed learning interventions to build organisational capability
- A strong track record of delivering results via problem solving & influencing
