Our success is fuelled by the dedication of our exceptional team members, and we are now on the lookout for a dedicated Project Salesperson to join our ranks.
**About the Role**
As a key member of our team, you will report to the Project Sales Team Leader, and your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by maximizing your ability to seize open opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your role will involve maintaining and growing our revenue base by securing specifications within major commercial projects and acquiring new customers. To excel in this position, you will:
- Achieve sales growth by presenting our current products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key personnel within each account.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth by cross-selling our solutions and products.
**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales.
- Previous experience within the building industry is a significant advantage.
- The right attitude - a can-do attitude that drives success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A deep understanding of working for a company that deals with physical products.
