**The Role**
- Work with a variety of customers to provide assistance in relation to particular policies.
- Provide customer assistance to customers by providing them with relevant information and assistance.
- Participate in training to increase your capabilities.
- Share information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate on a 7am-7pm rotating roster.
- 35 hours per week.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years in a customer service position (preferably in an office environment)
- Strong capabilities to problem solve
- Experience with a variety of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication skills.
