Full time position based in Broadmeadow

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Consultant to be the first point of contact for phone and online enquiries in our busy contact centre in Broadmeadow.

About the role....

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, phone, email, and live chat to a diverse range of stakeholders including employers, job seekers, residential tenants, and students. You'll respond to enquiries about VERTO's services and programs, and provide general administrative support such as data entry, printing, and scanning.

To thrive in this position, you'll need a genuine passion for customer service and a proven ability to manage high volumes of phone and electronic enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

About you… To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following:

  • Great interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven ability to manage challenging customer behaviour, problem solve and resolve complaints.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Call centre or high volume reception experience is desirable but not essential.
