Monica Clare Recruitment is proud to be working with a Government agency based in Newcastle that is seeking temporary staff to assist with an upcoming project.

This will be a 4-month assignment that has the possibility to extend for the right people. It is full-time hours, Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements between 7am and 7pm rotating fortnightly rosters.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Updating customer information in their database
- Checking compliance of customers
- Booking in appointments
- Escalating technical calls to experienced team members

**Essentially you’ll have**:

- Previous experience in a Call Centre environment highly regarded but good customer service skills a must
- Excellent communication - particularly clear and concise verbal communication
- Great at building customer relationships
- Accurate data entry ability
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Available for an immediate start (or with mínimal notice)
- Happy to work in a temporary role
