Your Role

As Centre Manager, you’ll take ownership of a vibrant retail destination — leading operations, driving performance, and cultivating strong tenant relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and presentation of the centre
- Managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
- Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Driving leasing, marketing, and retail performance initiatives
- Leading and mentoring the centre management team to achieve strategic outcomes
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and high operational standards are consistently met

Your Advantage

The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

- Proven experience as a Centre Manager or similar role in retail property
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain)
