We are currently looking for a **Fleet Key Account Officer** to join our Vehicle Risk Team for a twelve (12) month fixed term contract. This role will be reporting to the Business Intelligence & Vehicle Risk Manager and is responsible for managing and delivering high value administrative and customer support to corporate key account customers.

**What you'll do**
- Provide superior customer service and management key accounts
- Assist Manager - Business Intelligence and Vehicle Risk with identifying vehicle details by make, model and variant
- Support loads of detailed data for non-brand vehicles as required to support the Fleet Sales team
- Support automation of data extracts and reporting to improve efficiency and data quality
- Maintain Redbook uploads and weekly raw data feeds effectively
- Assisting in providing input and recommendations to risk manager for RV quotes to Key account customers
- Implementing new processes to create more efficient and effective work flow

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary education in business or finance is preferred, or relevant experience
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Sound advisory and communication skills - written and verbal
- A passion for helping other, and exposure to the automotive industry would be highly desirable
- Analysis skills with the ability to interpret and convert data to management information
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in automotive financing is desirable
- Knowledge and experience in corporate and government operations is desirable
