**Further information**:
We are seeking individuals who are undergraduates or currently pursuing the degree in IT or business/commerce/accounting (or related discipline) for a Casual Project Support Officer (up to 19 hours per week during semester and 39/hrs a week during university break) to work alongside our engineering teams and assist the project manager in planning, reporting and other project support activities. Work will be varied and may include
- Performing various administrative and technical tasks to ensure the smooth running of processes and systems.
- Building and publishing progress and status reports, maintenance of team dashboards and resources sheet.
- Facilitate monthly checkpoints and respond to general enquiries.

**Job requirements**:

- Demonstrated Computer Literacy Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyse, organise and present data
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures when required.

**Location and hours**
- Approximately 19 hours per week during semester and 38/hrs a week during university break
- Working location will be at our office on the University of Canberra campus.
