ABOUT THE ROLE:_
Are you driven by a deep desire to please customers, resolve issues and to help everyone around you? Are you driven, innovative, positive and a team player?
Our aim at AutoCraze is to create the best automotive buying experience for all our customers and in order to achieve this, we need a someone with exceptional people skills to handle all customer service related enquiries, whilst also helping in other ad-hoc areas.
You will also be required to assist the dispatch manager with dispatch related tasks revolving around our online and retail store.
- REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:_**
Have a minimum of 3-4 years of solid customer service experience.
Have an exceptional phone manner and be able to follow up enquiries on the phone, online and face to face.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess amazing problem-solving and negotiation skills and a can-do attitude.
Be proactive and organized in your approach with a good work ethic and great time-management skills.
Be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
- DESIRABLE SKILLS_
Motor industry experience highly regarded but not necessary. Passion is a must
Current NSW driver's licence
Females highly encouraged to apply
