**About the role**

Your daily duties will be working closely with our sales team and focusing on communication with our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating customer schedules and making sure they get all the love and care they need.

We expect you to cooperate with colleagues to address specific customer requirements, and also to help them with administrative and general office tasks.

This is a full-time position from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (30 mins for lunch).

**What we expect**
- Someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team who thrives to achieve the best in what they do.
- Someone with previous experience in business/office administration and a leadership gene. Previous café experience would be a bonus.
- Someone with experience in MYOB EXO or similar.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silverwater, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
