**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

We are currently assembling our Environmental team and seeking to appoint a Sustainability Manager to oversee this function. This role will report to the Environmental, Sustainability and Approvals director, and will ultimately lead the strategy across the project to achieve sustainability objectives. This role will also be responsible for:
**Your Role**:

- Lead and develop the M7/M12 sustainability strategy
- Work with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external to drive sustainability initiatives across the project
- Contribute to achieving John Holland’s sustainability targets to ensure we remain a market leader
- Continuous identification of new sustainable opportunities across the project
- Produce all required reporting, including project, corporate, and regulatory reporting requirements

**About You**:

- Previous experience within a related field, ideally construction
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, Science, Environmental, Urban Planning
- The ability to lead a team to achieve desirable outcomes whilst supporting project objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
