Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Planwisely features, industry, pricing and client portfolio
- Generate and identify new sales opportunities using a range of strategies
- Successfully manage client stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver against monthly sales targets, driving both renewals and new business
- Continually develop their transport and planning industry knowledge and demonstrate commercial understanding
- Leverage a consistent quality approach to sales and client service
- Maintain client relationship management records

Veitch Lister Consulting (VLC) is a multi-disciplinary advisory firm recognised as an industry-leader in transport modelling, data science and visualisation. In 2016 we developed Planwisely, our web-based mapping platform.
Planwisely is a powerful urban analytics platform that assists planners and policy makers with evidence-based decision making. Whether you’re a planner for open spaces, recreation, parks, traffic & transport, urban planning, urban design, economic development or growth management, Planwisely has some amazing insights for your project.
We have recently integrated People Movement Data (derived from mobile phone data) to provide detailed insights for our clients to understand how people use public space.
Planwisely clients include local, state and commonwealth governments as well as consultants.
About You
As a standalone sales account manager, your organisational skills including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a diverse workload in fast paced environments will hold you in good stead. You will also have the following:
- Successful track record in sales of SaaS platforms and/or a thorough knowledge of local government and their needs
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and exercising judgment
- A great team player who can work autonomously
- Understanding of the use of spatial data, GIS and visualisation solutions is highly desirable
