Customer Service Consultant | Melbourne CBD | $29.65 ph + super | Temp Contract | ASAP Start

This Australian renowned energy provider services over 1.5 million Victorians, in the energy, gas and electricity transmission network. Its Melbourne office is in the CBD located on Flinders Street.

**Your new role**:

- Interact with customers to solve their enquiries in an efficient manner, through various channels
- Complete administrative duties to inform customers of power restoration times, connections and disconnections and vegetation management
- Meet both individual and team quality targets
- Combine with other teams throughout the company to improve the workplace
- Help maintain business operations and service levels
- Engage in ongoing training to help deal with complex customer enquiries

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Customer service experience in a call centre environment is desired
- Clear and polite phone manner, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in working in the energy sector
- Adaptability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn different IT systems
- An affinity for working in collaborative team settings
- High level of drive and self-motivation
- Open to training new staff members
