Troocoo are partnering with QLD State Government on the recruitment of a permanent AO6 Senior Marketing and Engagement Officer. As the AO6 Senior Marketing and Engagement Officer you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Creating value for the Departments customers and stakeholders by raising awareness of key projects, driving demand for projects, activating project precincts, and delivering effective, and accessible engagement processes.
- Managing media opportunities and attend internal and external meetings and events on site.
- Be a core advocate and brand ambassador for Departmental projects while ordinating and conducting interviews of talent for digital or written content where required.
- Assist in identifying and leveraging opportunities for content idea generation within the Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precinct that assist with tenancy attraction/lead generation.
- Working with the principal engagement officer, manage developer led construction engagement plans
- Maintain Consultation Manager database for Engagement purposes and registering visitors for projects.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of community engagement programs for a range of projects in conjunction with the project teams and the Marketing and Engagement Manager
- Providing input into the development and implementation of strategic property marketing plans
- Coordinating and managing onsite activations
- Draft social media posts for all community posts for projects

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role at a senior level, experience in the public sector is not essential but it is preferred. You will have proven experience in managing multiple projects, event activation and engagement initiatives. You will have an understanding property marketing and be commercial in your approach to marketing and engagement. This role will see you working across multiple projects in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast so you will be open to travel as part of your role
