Skout Solutions are looking for expressions of interest on exciting upcoming road maintenance works on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Project Administrator with site administrative experience to work 4 days Monday to Thursday (10 hours per day) with an optional 5th day of overtime on a 6- month project with the opportunity to go permanent from there.

Reporting to the Project engineer you will:

- Undertake day to day duties involved with running an office which accommodates a small number of work teams who are away from the depot through the day
- Co-ordinate subcontractor payment reconciliations with PE and Supervisors
- Data entry including timesheets, plant maintenance, inventory etc
- Raise purchase orders for items from coffee to excavators
- Work with Health and Safety team to ensure weekly and monthly report is up to date
- At times assist Supervisors with subcontractor bookings
- Assist with other internal and external reporting as required

You will need:

- Experience working in an administrative position in a similar role
- To be proficient in data entry and raising purchase orders (trainable)
- A vibrant and positive attitude towards work.
- The ability to be flexible and undertake other duties as necessary
