Responsibilities
  • Plan and administer organisational programs and projects and support services.
  • Review and advise on variations and improvements to programs, projects, and services.
  • Collect and analyse data related to projects and report on outcomes.
  • Manage all paperwork associated with programs and projects and oversee work by other employees and contractors involved in these projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and owners to ensure organisational goals are met.
  • Advise management on urgent matters and implement decisions.
  • Prepare reports on the organisation's activities and respond to inquiries, resolving problems concerning organisational projects and programs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  • A Diploma of Project Management qualification is highly regarded.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with technology systems (CRMs, rostering tools, MS Office/Google Suite).
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Salary: $77,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience
