**About the role**:
We are looking for a multi-skilled, self-motivated, hands-on Production Coordinator to join a diverse team of passionate and driven individuals from a powerhouse of innovation, design, and manufacturing. **Required skills and qualifications**:
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Design and execute production schedule according to projects demand and available internal resources
- Supervise the architectural production assembly team maintaining high productivity
- Proactively identify, propose and implement solutions to potential issues or improvements in the manufacturing process
- Assist with prototyping and pilot runs of products under development, providing feedback to improve product manufacturability
- Maintain all relevant production records in the ERP system
- Proactively engage with project managers, other colleagues and/or departments to ensure smooth operation of the business
- Create a working environment that motivates the team members to take actions, ownership, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as ISO standards
- Promote and ensure health and safety practices in the workplace

**Skills and qualifications**
- Technically minded individual with background within the following fields: design, manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, lighting technology, management
- Confident with technical drawings, bills of materials and other project/product documentation
- Takes pride in ensuring products are finished to the highest standard possible with a keen eye for detail
- Solid Experience with electric/pneumatic tools and all kind of machinery, such us automatic wire strippers, dispensers, routers, engravers, crimpers, etc.in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with lighting, LEDs, LED drivers, power supplies and/or electronics is highly desirable
- Teamwork and assertive communication skills at all levels are a must
- Computer literate
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing many priorities with mínimal guidance
- Must have the ability to get things done and utilize company resources effectively
