Your Impact
- Assist with events that bring our community together
- Create a dynamic monthly calendar filled with engaging activities that promote community spirit and support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Champion lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents, connecting them with essential services and resources to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with village management to ensure seamless operations and contribute to administrative tasks as needed.

We're Looking For
- A passion for service and community
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- A team player with a knack for building relationships
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential.
- Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certiificate.
- A positive, empathetic, and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with residents and create meaningful experiences.
