**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide timely and accurate advice across the breadth of School HR administration including onboarding / induction, HR data review and reconciliation, position management, visitor appointments, general HR administrative support and employee offboarding
- Working with the Operations Manager to ensure effective delivery of relevant HR processes within the school including external advertising administration, set up of new and renewed contracts - continuing, fixed term and casual, operating within standardised procedures and systems such as Themis, PageUp and Workday
- Production and maintenance of School Organisational charts and induction resources

**Who We Are Looking For**

You will also have:

- A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating Human Resource administration in a complex operating environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with tact, diplomacy and maintain confidentiality while keeping stakeholders informed of progress of requests in and changing fast-paced environment
