**About the organisation**
With humble Australian beginnings, this organisation has been in the food processing industry since 1986, selling their product across Australia and internationally. The health, welfare and biosecurity of their product is an important part of their practice, and this company manages every step of the food production process - from harvest, processing, packaging and dispatch.

Based in the **South-West Sydney **suburb of **Ingleburn**, this organisation is looking for an up and coming **HR Advisor **to join their team in a permanent, full time role.

**About the role**
This is a fantastic role for an HR Coordinator or HR Officer to develop their skills and experience to be a well-rounded HR Advisor. The HR Advisor will support a blue-collar workforce of 150 employees and they will be hands-on working closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle in a mixture of HR Generalist and project work. Day to day this will look like working with managers across recruitment, talent and succession planning, performance management, administration and projects.

**About you**
> Qualifications in HR, Business or Commerce or relevant experience.
> At least 3 years in an HR Coordinator or HR Officer role.
> Able to travel to the Ingleburn office at least 3 days a week.
