**THE ORGANISATION**THE ROLE**
Reporting directly and working closely with the CEO, this opportunity is a hands on generalist position. Responsibilities are end to end HR, Recruitment, employee relations, grievances, absences, payroll, stakeholder management, reporting, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, projects and HR strategy. You will be involved in all areas of HR, it's a great opportunity for someone who is happy to be hands on and also be exposed to a wide range of HR responsibilities.You must be open to working manually & interested in setting up a new HR system in and have experience with excel/ reporting.**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this position you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with excellent attention to detail, excel experience and HR generalist background. You must have strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor.
