Position Purpose

Provide essential support for the daily operations of the recovery and wellness centre, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Essential:

- Previous customer service/industry experience
- Demonstrated passion for health and achieving sales targets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legal right to work without restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain).

Qualifications:

- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certification
- Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Specific Laser Hair Removal Training Accreditation

Position Overview
- Assist in daily operations of Derrimut Recovery, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information on laser hair removal procedures, including pre
- and post-treatment care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across recovery services and offerings
