An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced Culture & Capability professional to join our People, Community and Public Affairs team based in Hobart as we continue to deliver on our growth strategy.

**As our newest team member, you will make a difference in our MYS community by**:

- Collaborating with leaders and employees to identify and analyse divisional capability gaps and solutions to improve risk management
- Acting as the first point of contact in the business for all business capability queries such as compliance e-learning and mandatory continuing prof8ssional development (CPD)
- Develop and continually adapt tailored training plans for teams and individuals in line with our strategic roadmaps and risk management framework
- Acting as a change agent to promote change initiatives related to regulatory and compliance to foster adoption across all divisions
- Developing and refining onboarding programs including induction, leaders coaching and buddy network to foster our culture change and support our risk and compliance obligations
- Maturing the annual performance review and development cycle to improve organisational performance. Develop and implement methods to measure success and track progress whilst maintaining a focus on continuous improvement
- Support to deliver organisation-wide engagement practices such as the implementation of periodic employee engagement and employee experience surveys including recommendations to elevate and improve employee experience scores
- Facilitating workshops, focus groups and training courses including organisational culture, engagement, leadership, performance and team development
- Developing, implementing and embeding structures and procedures to simplify and automate execution of OD programs

**To be an effectiveness team member, you will be**:

- Passionate about the development of future organisational capability and positioning our organisation to meet the demands today and of the future
- Experienced in developing and deploying risk management and CPD training plans and associated policies and procedures
- Experienced with at least 5 years’ of proven success in a similar role
- Tertiary educated (degree and/or post graduate) in psychology, organisational development or other behavioural science discipline
- A convincing communicator, influencer and networker
- A consultative business partner and an evidence based development coach
- Creative and innovative in your approach to solving problems and developing OD solutions
- An organised contributor with sound planning and prioritisation abilities
