We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Culture and Capability Advisor. This position will play a key role in driving cultural change aligned with our strategic ambitions. As a member of our people team, the key responsibility of this role is to translate our Diversity and Inclusion plan into action. This role involves developing and managing diversity, inclusion, and equity programs, as well as other organisational development initiatives, to improve the employee experience at MyState.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Developing & implementing annual Diversity & Inclusion program.
- Driving key activities in MyState Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Monitor and provide advice on contemporary best practice approaches to workplace diversity, inclusion and equity and other related Culture & Capability programs as required.
- Lead the MyState Belong network and promote engagement of our peak employee consultation body for diversity, inclusion and equity practices.
- Collaborate and build relationships with community partners to enhance our social connections.
- Plan, organise and run internal and external diversity, inclusion and equity events and other Culture & Capability events as required.
- Manage annual financial budget for the Diversity, Inclusion & Equity program portfolio.

- Ability to prioritise, provide input to direction, make appropriate independent decisions and meet tight deadlines.
- Well-developed best practice research, planning and organisational skills while working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- The ability to champion strategies and objectives, as well as values and behaviours, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Open, innovative approach and capacity to see things from a customer perspective.
