Based in Hobart this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing People & Culture team.

We are Australia’s largest vertically integrated seafood producer that is winning awards for its innovation in sustainability, the environment and SMART technology.

Are you a professional with a passion for people and culture? We are seeking a dynamic and focussed People & Culture Advisor to join our team, as we continue to grow and innovate our business recognises and values the importance of the work we deliver.

You will report to one of our P&C Managers and gain exposure to all aspects of our business and form part of a trusted and valued team. We work collaboratively and are recognised as being specialists in the work we do, you will be curious and have the ability to challenge the status quo, when needed.

**This role will require**
- Operational blue collar and corporate HR Management experience
- The ability to independently make decisions and address issues, consulting as necessary
- Skilled in supporting enterprise agreements
- Proficiency in leveraging AI technology for business outcomes
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, alongside a responsive and pragmatic approach
- A formal qualification - relevant degree or AHRI certification
