Reporting to the **Business Manager - Used Equipment and Rental**, the **Fleet Performance Manager** is responsible for the effective day-to-day Fleet management, product support coordination, parts, and services sales activities for any Rental customer. This role also assists with WesTrac’s Rental fleet availability and uptime, optimizing service to customers and maximizing fleet profitability while lowering costs and growing the customer base. Ensuring the customer experience is always to the highest and fullest level achievable while pushing for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include facilitating pre/post rental and used equipment inspections (international and local), acting as the SME for CatUsed, and mentoring internal teams on its use. This position is crucial for growing used equipment buy-ins to meet budget targets. Additionally, the Fleet Performance Manager supports the Account Manager - Rental, by ensuring parts and service sales growth within an identified customer base, directly contributing to market share outcomes.

**Type**: Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours per day (Full time Permanent)

**Location**: Reid Road, Perth Precinct

**To be successful within the role**:

- Trade Certificate or Tertiary qualification in engineering, commercial disciplines, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to effectively resolve workplace issues and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and advanced time management and organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and compile recommendations.
- Ability to work successfully both within a team and autonomously.
