WesTrac are looking for an experienced **Fleet Performance Specialist **to join our team.

Reporting to the Fleet Performance Manager, this individual will be a site-based resource for the provision of high-level technical support and services to the Customer’s mine maintenance and production teams.

Supported by the WesTrac Product Support and Technology Teams, the primary function of these roles is to assist the customer’s maintenance teams to maintain a high level of availability and reliability for the Customer’s Caterpillar Fleet. The individual will also work with the Production team on site to ensure that the fleet remains operating safely whilst maintaining high productivity levels.

**Roster: 4:3 (four days on, three days off), 12-hour days**

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification with post trade experience.
- Proven post trade experience with maintenance on Caterpillar machinery - desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level with customers and a diverse range of interdepartmental team members.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions.
- Ability to analyse data and compile reports.
