Due to an internal promotion, Mundipharma Australia is currently recruiting for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our Sydney Head Office team. Reporting to our Supply Chain Director, JPAK, China & SEAHT (based in Australia), this role will work in close collaboration with local and global counterparts within our matrix structure, as well as with key customers and wholesalers. This role has direct line management responsibility for our local Supply Chain Associate.

The key remit of the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager is to oversee, drive and implement L&SC initiatives and practices which enable achievement of strategic goals, and ensure timely and reliable supply of finished goods to our customers and wholesalers. To support these outcomes, you will:
- Maintain key relationships within the Mundipharma global networks with regards to product manufacturing scheduling, exporting, compliance and security requirements- Develop and maintain relationships with all Mundipharma’s key stakeholders, with a particular focus on supply chain, including pharmaceutical wholesalers- Ensure inventory management takes account of lifecycle management, and is in line with the strategic direction of the organization- Ensure all guidelines for logistics activities in Australia & New Zealand are fully complied with- Oversee management of QMS processes and requirements with respect to logistics and supply chain functions in consultation with the Quality Assurance Manager, and with a view to system enhancement and improvement- Work collaboratively with Finance and Sales/Marketing to provide leadership over the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process- Participate in stocktakes and audit- Act as key liaison with the TGA with respect to licences and permits- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in prescription supply chain management, ideally to include management of narcotics and cold chain products- Line management and leadership skills to drive performance and engagement- Exemplary communication skills- High skill level in both a strategic and operational capacity- Results driven- Collaborative
