Landscaper

Appleseed Gardening is looking for a qualified landscaper to join our team. We are a boutique landscape construction and garden maintenance company based in Marrickville, growing at a fantastic rate, and looking for a new hands-on **GUN** to come on board.

**What We Do**:
Based in the Inner West of Sydney with the majority of our jobs in the area, we specialise in the design and construction of small residential gardens. We offer services in paving, timber and stone work, decking, block work, irrigation and drainage, planting, turfing and all softscapes.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A local, qualified team player with a keen eye for detail
- Someone with a good personality and sense of humour, with a passion for working outside
- Experience in aspects of landscape construction, including use of relevant tools and machinery.
- Comply with all aspects of Safety and OH&S

**About You**:

- Qualification in landscape construction, with experience in the landscape construction industry.
- Experience supervising a small team of 2-3 with an Apprentice, including strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Holds a driver's license and has the necessary visa/working rights in Australia.

- Experience in all aspects of landscape construction
- paving, stonework, timber-work and all soft-scapes
- Team player, organised, ability to communicate and run a job site.
- Build relationships with staff, clients and suppliers

**The Full Package**:

- The role is full time but flexible (40 hours)
- Company ute, tools, fuel, tolls and uniforms are included in the package

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
