**Job Description**:
Austral SF Group is seeking an Information and Organisation Professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role involves the development, organization, and management of information and data services, along with providing insightful analyses and recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Key Duties**:
- **Developing, Organising, and Maintaining Libraries and Other Information Services**: Overseeing the creation and management of information repositories, ensuring accessibility and organization of critical data.
- **Reviewing and Analysing Economic Data and Preparing Reports**: Conducting in-depth analysis of economic data to support strategic decision-making and reporting.
- **Managing the Collection and Processing of Information**: Leading efforts to gather, process, and analyze data to produce actionable intelligence and policy recommendations.
- **Studying Organisational Structures and Methods**: Evaluating organizational processes and structures to identify and solve problems, aiming for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Advising on Potential Issues and Suggesting Solutions**: Proactively identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
- **Attending Meetings and Maintaining Records**: Participating in meetings and ensuring accurate and comprehensive record-keeping.
- **Providing Advice on Cultural Issues**: Offering guidance on cultural matters to ensure organizational alignment and harmony.
- **Researching and Preparing Reports and Documents**: Conducting research and preparing various documents, including reports, briefing notes, and memoranda, to support effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business with specialisations in Management, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in information management, organizational analysis, or a related field.
