We engineer advanced digging and loading solutions for all mining excavating machines to enhance safety, reduce carbon intensity, provide real-time operating data solutions, unlock productivity performance, and improve maintainability requirements. We are a trusted supply partner within the global mining community delivering highly innovative, cutting edge and socially responsible products and technology solutions.

With a track record of innovation and customer excellence for over 40 years, CR Mining is currently undertaking strategic & significant growth; employing 450 people located primarily in offices and plants in Australia, China and North & South America. Specifically, 80 % CR Mining’s revenue comes from its market leading and patent protected ground engaging tools (GET) range, with its inherently attractive recurring razor / razorblade economics.

In February 2023, CR Mining was acquired by Epiroc and is part of the TLD Division. CR Mining has a suite of opportunities and with the combination of Epiroc and CR Mining, the key is to fully leverage the synergies to maximise profitable growth.

**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This role has full accountability for managing the Supply Chain performance of the Company and is pivotal in driving our global supply chain strategy and manufacturing excellence.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, from procurement and logistics to manufacturing and distribution, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives and operational goals. This role is a significant leadership role and is expected to strongly contribute to the development and implementation of Business Strategy for CR Powered by Epiroc.

**Business Leadership**
- Actively develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain and manufacturing strategy that aligns with CR's global vision and growth goals, driving operational efficiency across all manufacturing sites to ensure optimal resource utilization, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to enhance processes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless operations and successful product delivery, all while maintaining a strategic focus on innovation and operational excellence.

**To succeed in the role, we believe it is important that you have**:

- Minimum 10 years’ general business experience with broad exposure to S&OP, Procurement and Global Logistics
- Demonstrated performance in a senior Supply Chain role across complex product and supply ranges
- Proven leadership experience of diverse teams across global locations
- Managing suppliers and procurement in China and/or Asian countries
- Preference to have relevant international and “in country” management experience in China and Asia
- A university degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or Finance, with further studies in management
- Strong background in strategic planning and operational management
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
