Platinum Blasting Services is excited to offer a graduate position in their Brisbane Head Office. Supporting our Supply Chain Manager with day to day tasks, we are seeking an energetic, and responsible graduate.

Enjoy working from our beautiful Queen Street office, while overseeing logistics co-ordination and supply chain support to mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin, and regional Queensland.

We operate within the explosive manufacturing / supply industry where each day provides a new challenge, so there is plenty of opportunity to learn, and grow your career.

**Primary duties for this role;**
- Coordination of Platinum’s stock and distribution strategy
- Daily support to the Supply Chain Manager
- Timely creation of purchase orders
- Communication with vendors on the status of purchase orders
- Maintaining service level agreements
- Coordinating the import logistics process
- Coordinating and executing Supply chain and Logistics activities, including planning the daily route for all deliveries to multiple sites.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal communication and customer service
- Ensuring delivery on time in full to Customers
- Working with the Supply Chain Manager to develop strategic sourcing arrangements with suppliers
- Management of stock, storage and monitoring of all transportation activities
- Monthly reporting including spend by vendor
- Expediting purchase orders to ensure on time delivery of stock to avoid out of stocks
- Working with the Supply Chain Manager on forecasting requirement
- Stock reconciliation
