**Position Overview**:
Vueterra is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Purchasing & Data Administrator with expertise in SAP to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing SAP buyer support, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supply chain management data sets, and implementing strategies to reduce operational workloads for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Optimisation**:

- Analyse and assess client supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement end-to-end operating models that enhance efficiency and align with strategic business goals.
- Provide recommendations on inventory, procurement, and logistics best practices.

**Process Improvement & Data Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and develop actionable insights.
- Use SAP and other ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support process improvements.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory**:

- Work closely with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and objectives.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to support supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Train and mentor client teams on new processes and systems to ensure successful adoption.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **1+ year** of experience in supply chain consulting, optimisation, or a similar role.
- **1+ year** experience in QLD and NSW heavy industry/mining sectors.
- Strong expertise in **supply chain management, procurement, and logistics**.
- **SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other major ERP** experience in inventory/supply chain modules.
- Advanced **data analysis and process improvement** capabilities.
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
