ADF Health Services (ADF HS) provides integrated and seamless end-to-end health support to 85,000 Australia Defence Force (ADF) personnel across 59 facilities.
The Contract Assurance Manager within the ADF HS portfolio is accountable for supporting the Head of Contract Governance with providing confidence to stakeholders that governance processes are in place and are working as intended and that objectives are being achieved from a Level 1 defense framework perspective.
How will I help?
- Manage the Level 1 risk informed contract assurance program lifecycle and associated activities to ensure adherence to Contractual requirements and internal Bupa policies.
- Develop, implement and maintain robust contract assurance frameworks, processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular assurance audits and performance monitoring of contracts to identify risks, gaps, non-compliances or opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present assurance reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Track monitor and follow up on any corrective actions or improvement plans arising from assurance reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract assurance and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Level 2 and Level 3 audit stakeholders.

What do I need?
- Tertiary graduate in Quality Management, Assurance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Business, Law or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in contract management, contract compliance / assurance, procurement or commercial management and / or risk and governance within complex contracts.
- Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent training and demonstrated experience in a complex environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
