About the role.

We are currently looking for Customer Support Contact Centre Agents Opportunities are full time and part time, based at either of our Support Office locations in Melbourne (Burnley) or Perth (Rivervale).

You will be required to attend the Support Office 3 days per week with the ability to work from home the other days of your choosing if you wish.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, all rosters include working either a Saturday or Sunday.

What’s Involved.
- Maintain and exceed consistent KPI’s
- Manage orders post-sale including supplier follow up, customer service, order fulfilment and delivery
- Build strong supplier, customer, and stakeholder relationships
- Develop an extensive understanding of product sourcing and pricing
- Flexibility with rosters is a must as we work across 7 days from 6am to 9pm AEST including Public Holidays.

You’ll need:

- Call/Contact Centre experience is preferred but not required
- A passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful manner
- Attention to detail and care for follow up
- The ability to operate in a fast paced, growing environment
- Time and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Confident in the use of PCs, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.
- Minimum G3 Experience for internal applicants currently working at Bunnings.
