About the role.
We are currently looking for Customer Support Contact Centre Agents on a casual basis
If you’re available for an immediate start we would like to hear from you as we require cover from early December through to the end of January 2025.
We have various opportunities available at full time (38 hours) or part time (20 + hours), based at our Bunnings Support Office on Swan Street, Burnley.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, rosters on offer are Monday through to Sunday to support our store network.
What’s Involved.- Manage inbound customer enquiries- Maintain and exceed consistent KPI’s- Manage orders post-sale including supplier follow up, customer service, order fulfilment and delivery- Build strong supplier, customer, and stakeholder relationships- Quick learner - develop an extensive understanding of product sourcing and pricing
You’ll need:
- Call/Contact Centre experience is preferred but not required- Flexibility with rosters is a must as we work across 7 days from 6am to 9pm AEST including Public Holidays- Confident in the use of PCs, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed- A passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful manner- Attention to detail and care for follow up- The ability to operate in a fast paced, growing environment- Time and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlines.
