We need a highly motivated and reliable person who takes pride in his/her work. We require someone who will seamlessly fit into our team and work alongside our existing A-Grade Solar Electricians.

You must be able to manage each new project site confidently and professionally and be the type of person who recognises both the value and benefits of training our six electrical apprentices (two, 2nd year and three, 3rd year).

As the lead representative from TCK Solar, it is absolutely essential that you have excellent verbal communication skills. You are the representative of TCK Solar and will be speaking with customers, builders, businesspeople and our own team of apprentices each and everyday. For us, our work is all about the people and we are proud that over half of our work comes from referrals from our existing happy customers.

If you are not already qualified as a CEC solar and battery installer, however you have many years of experience as an Electrician; are great with people; a team leader and in general share the exemplary values of TCK Solar, then we will consider training you.

Our office team will handle all of the paperwork for you including the CES’s, and it will be extremely rare for you to need to get onto a roof to lay solar panels or run electrical cables. All tools, equipment and a company installation van will be provided.

Our office and warehouse are in Coburg North, Melbourne.

- Construction Industry White Card
- Manual driver’s license (essential)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Very well organised
- Efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
