**Development Manager - Land Residential Communities**

$140,000 - $165,750 per year

I am seeking a skilled DM on behalf of our client that understands how to deliver land development projects from commencement to handover. My client is a well established multi - award winning National Developer, they offer exceptional career progression within their company and have a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects.

**The Role**:
Experienced Development Manager - Land sub-division required to work on a full-time permanent basis from an city fringe office located 5kms from the Melbourne CBD.The Development Manager will work on delivering a residential land sub-division located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will be accountable for managing the full life cycle of the allocated project including management of financial feasibility models, budget / cost, management / reporting, project visioning, planning / delivery, stakeholder engagement, achievement of sales revenue targets as well risk compliance management.

**About You**:

- A Tertiary Degree in property, engineering, planning or related discipline.
- Proven track record in delivering residential land subdivisions from

commencement to hand over.
- Exceptional commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
