Our client is looking for a driven, experienced, organised individual with a positive personality. This role includes managing the retail team, and working in partnership with the director to maximise overall store performance.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Uphold and promote all policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store visual merchandise is up to the standard and the floor has sufficient stock.
- Keep the store presentable at all time & the brand image is maintained at all time.
- Active steps are taken to maintain and improve staff performance and morale.
- Follow guidelines for visual display, merchandise placement and floor layout to maximize sales, ensure safety and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure adherence to all national Workplace Health.
- Stock control management.
- Ensures that all back of house activities are undertaken efficiently, in particular: communication, inventory management and space. efficiency in order for stores to perform at their best capacity.
- Manage all expenditure (such as shipping) in line with company expectation and budgets.
- Inventory management.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with company standards by leading by example & demonstrate our customer experience as a business priority.
- Build client relationships and expand their VIP database and continuously develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships.
- Obtaining a high level of understanding of all product offerings
