As an **IT Client Technology Specialist**, you'll proactively deliver second
- to third-level IT support, manage technical escalations, and contribute to critical projects, helping maintain high standards of infrastructure performance and availability. With a strong focus on technology, you’ll use your outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, together with your exceptional communication abilities, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems supporting vital healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide advanced technical support and escalate unresolved issues, acting as the final escalation point for Client Technology.
- Maintain and enforce IT standards across a geographically dispersed network.
- Respond to major incidents and outages, coordinating effective resolution and communication.
- Support and maintain Webex Cisco VOIP desk phone systems.
- Manage printer fleets using PrinterLogic and contribute to our Knowledge Base.
- Build and deploy software packages through SCCM and Intune.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, and project support across Icon sites nationwide.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
A self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to healthcare teams. You thrive under pressure, communicate clearly and effectively, and are known for your meticulous attention to detail. With a customer-first mindset, you work autonomously yet collaboratively within a global team, bringing innovative thinking and a willingness to travel or work after hours when required.
- A minimum of 3 years' commercial IT experience.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Citrix environments.
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies (Nutanix AHV, VMware), corporate phone systems, print management software, and backup systems (preferably Veeam).
- ITIL v4 certification desirable; tertiary qualifications and vendor certifications highly regarded.
- Experience within the health industry and with clinical systems would be an advantage.
