**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for Facilities Management? We are seeking a talented Facilities Officer to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our clients corporate office. As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of operations and services within the office, belonging to a global, financial institution in the Sydney CBD.

**An Overview of the role**:
Provide support for meeting room setup and maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of premises
Ensure pantry and printing room items are well-stocked
Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate and monitor facilities management operations, including repairs, maintenance, and mailroom services
Conduct onsite inspections, reporting any issues and escalating as necessary
Manage visitor management and provide exceptional customer service to meet stakeholder expectations
Assist in procurement and vendor management, including liaising with vendors and managing work orders
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of invoices and payment status alignment with purchase orders
Contribute to health and safety management by assisting with safety procedures and inspections
Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures for risk management

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Previous experience in facilities management within a corporate office environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrated vendor management experience
Timely service delivery and problem solving capabilities
Experience in managing regional, global stakeholders would be advantageous
Strong customer service focus
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
