PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to take on the role of Administrative Assistant to ensure our customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfies or exceeds the customer's requirements.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile
- Develop and maintain schedules, Data entry
- Be the central point of contact for Manufacturer custodians for vehicle rectification, handing over of new vehicles and acceptance of returned stock
- Communicate and liaise with internal, external customers and external organisations such as manufacturers, transporters/carriers, customs agents, shipping companies and contractors
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to internal and external customers enquiries and concerns where appropriate;
- Arrange for the delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively
- Carry out continuous improvement recommendations for improvements to work processes

**About you**:

- If you are keen - full training will be provided
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Administration and Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working in a similar industry is preferable but not essential
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible - ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work requirements
- Enthusiastic team player
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
