**Customer Support Officer (CSO)**

Auscare Group is looking for a full-time experienced **Customer Support Office** **(CSO)**to support our Aged Care, Brokerage Disability & Community clients as well as Auscare Group Disability and Community clients.

Our Customer Support Officers form an integral part of our scheduling Team and are our first point of contact for all Healthcare staffing solutions in Aged Care, Brokerage Disability & Community, Auscare NDIS and Community sectors.

Due to rapid growth in the Organisation, our Staffing Division is undergoing a change management, we have an opportunity for a driven **CSO** to join our Team that is taking our client focused services to the next level.

**The Role**
- Working a variety of shifts which may include nights and weekends occasionally.
- Driving customer service initiatives and contributing to the ongoing continuous improvement in customer service as well as in the business.
- Completing weekly performance data reports, ensuring critical data is collated and saved accordingly.
- Building relationships with clients, client families and staff.
- Ensuring service delivery levels are consistently met.
- Being the hub of communication with key client personnel, support staff and other stakeholders.
- Nurturing new and existing business opportunities.
- Effectively exercise meticulous capability to achieve set responsibilities.
- Must be available to work rostered shifts Mon and Fri between 6am and 9.15pm and occasionally on weekends, public holidays and after hours.

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment (Health Care industry) preferred.
- Previous experience using staff allocations systems software would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels (mandatory requirement)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Scheduling experience ideal in Healthcare.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential in this challenging but rewarding role.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Staff scheduling: 1 year (required)
- Health care Industry: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
