**About the Role**

M2P Engineering is looking for a Business Support Officer, to provide all-round office and administrative support to our busy and dynamic team in our Salisbury and Orange Workshops.

**Here, you will work closely alongside all teams in the office, including but not limited to**:

- Fabrication
- Procurement
- HSE
- Engineering

As a pro-active team player with strong problem solving skills, you will be intuitive to the needs of others and show initiative and a willingness and desire to help. This will see you undertaking duties such as, but in no way limited to:

- Reception duties including meet and greet as well as phones
- Document and file management, formatting to corporate branding and document control
- Office facilities / maintenance
- Mail collection and distribution
- Stationery and office supplies
- Data entry
- Assist in other departments as required such as support during periods of excess workload or leave coverage
- General administration.

**About You**

**To be successful in this position, ideally, you will**:

- Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Experienced with SharePoint document control
- Demonstrate previous experience in the above tasks
- Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy & fast-paced environment
- Be resilient
- Be intuitive to the needs of others with strong initiative with a willingness to help others
- Have intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly a proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
