**About The Position**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, intuitive and energetic professional to join our team as an Service Desk Officer. This position is in an established team, presenting a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT, problem-solving and customer service to increase their skill set and advance their career with a large organization.
**Duties**
- Service Desk first-line support, answering incoming calls, logging tickets, performing first-level triage.
- Deliver first-line support of printers and peripherals within the business.
- Support the IT Manager with administrative duties as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification/Bachelors Degree in IT.
- Experience in an IT Service Desk Environment highly regarded.
- Experience in troubleshooting highly regarded.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong interest in developing IT skills.
- Excellent Problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.

**Education**:
- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Service Desk Environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
