**About the Role**

M2P Engineering is looking for a Business Support / Administration Officer, to provide all-round office and administrative support to our busy and dynamic office team in Salisbury.

Here, you will work closely alongside all teams in the office, including but not limited to:

- Management
- Finance and commercial, including accounts, payroll, contracts, cost engineering etc
- HR and onboarding.

As a pro-active team player with strong problem solving skills, you will be intuitive to the needs of others and show initiative and a willingness and desire to help. This will see you undertaking duties such as, but in no way limited to:

- Reception duties including meet and greet as well as phones
- Mail collection and distribution
- Stationery and office supplies
- Office facilities / maintenance
- Minute taking
- Document and file management as required
- Data entry
- Assistance to Management team, including Managing Director as required
- Development of complex written documents
- Assist in other departments as required such as support during periods of excess workload or leave coverage:

- Accounts
- Onboarding
- Assist with some tender coordination
- Booking travel and accommodation
- General administration.
