Providing exposure to Federal Government, Defence, Space Sector, Resources Sector interactions on the telecommunications service provider side

The purpose of this role is to increase operational efficiency within the Government and Strategic Projects (G&SP) Team working closely with the General Manager and the G&SP Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Forming and acquiring data inputs for monthly reporting cycles. Drafting and assisting with the preparation monthly reporting documents.
- Include tracking and coordinating governance inputs on a full range of projects, business line and bid activities by working closely with the G&SP Leadership Team members in developing and maintaining regular reporting regime requirements.
- Customer and supplier engagement and coordination.
- Tracking key project inputs; Time Sheet Management, CAPEX and OPEX items.
- Maintaining document archives around key activities under the direction of the G&SP Document Controller.
- Tracking certain KPIs across the group such as HSE statistics.
- Developing and maintaining systems processes and procedures associated with the above Information Security Protocols.
- Diary management, coordination of meetings, approval and tracking of travel and expenses for the GM and G&SP Leadership Team.

**Skills**:

- A motivated, proactive self-starter with strong organisation and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office and GSuite Proficiency
- Strong written communication skills

**A little about you**:
It is envisaged that this role will be well suited to a new graduate with a degree in either commerce, economic, arts, or engineering, r for someone who has several years of commercial related experience in the Telecommunications or IT industry.

It is expected that the role would provide a clear progression path to an operational role within several years likely within either account management, bid management or project management within the group.
