About the Role:
Responsible for leading projects within Product & Portfolio including regulatory Price Changes.

Core to this role will be developing a scope of work, delivery plan, defined objectives and measures of success. You will proactively coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for development, maintenance, and delivery of the assigned projects. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for promoting opportunities to improve the regulatory Price Change process making each event more streamlined and repeatable.

Projects will include regulatory Price Changes, development & delivery of new strategic Products, Regulatory Changes, Simplification projects and other strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively lead with project definition/scope, identification, and documentation of all project activities to be completed including scoping documents and business requirement specifications during project initiation and before project execution- Develop a project schedule (and variations of) that ensures all project related activities are completed in the most effective manner, with focus given to appropriate controls that uphold our legislative and regulatory obligations, customer experience and achieving our budget objectives- Actively lead and coordinate the various workstream leads to ensure all tasks/deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed project scope, quality, and timeline- Responsible and accountable for the establishment & facilitation of regular and ad-hoc meeting requirements, documenting meeting outcomes and ensuring follow-up actions completed- Monitor, track, and report project progress in accordance with the project schedule and allocated budget

**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Project Coordination/Management, Change Management, Operational Planning or as a Scrum Master- A broad understanding of the current state of the emerging trends of the gas and electricity market and emerging products / services, including regulatory, generation, distribution and retail perspectives is highly desired.- Exceptional skills in leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis and business casing required.- Analytical, strategic, lateral, and commercial thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo.- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with little direction, in a face paced complex environment.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence favourable outcomes to deliver projects on time.- Experienced in agile delivery and familiar with systems, tools & processes required to implement change & project delivery.
