Our Communities Marketing Team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic National Marketing Manager to join their Communities team on a full time, permanent basis.

What you will be doing:
- Supports the General Manager Marketing in developing the strategy and implementation of marketing for the Communities business at portfolio level and provide guidance for regional marketing teams on new projects.- Accountable for performance of marketing targets and delivery of the annual national marketing plan - KPIs include market share, sales, leads, turnover and NPS.- Utilises deep sector and portfolio knowledge to become a trusted advisor to BU stakeholders and SLT and communicate projects and campaigns- Support General Manager Marketing in seeking endorsement and sponsorship of marketing strategy and promote within the business.- Fostering deep relationships with internal clients and suppliers to maximise effectiveness and efficiency- Lead/input to codification of best practice approach to sector marketing and customer experience.- Undertake market analysis and strategy (segmentation, targeting, positioning) to inform customer-led decision making for sector.- Ensure strategic alignment of campaign and always on marketing activity for sector and partner on continual optimisation of all activity, working closely with National Marketing Executive. Actively participates in QMR process for BU.

About you:
- Experienced in a marketing, brand or communications role that has heavy focus on strategic development.- Advanced digital marketing and campaign lead generation expertise.- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing.- Experience in engaging with a variety of stakeholder groups.- Experience within the property industry ideally in Retirement Living or Communities.- A proven track record of juggling multiple projects/tasks.- Account and project management skills
