Our Communities Marketing Team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated National Marketing Executive to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you will be doing:
- Assisting the General Manager Marketing and National Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing strategies and initiatives for the Communities business.- Project manage and implement agreed national marketing projects and campaigns to drive ROI and CX excellence- Development and implementation of digital and social content to support the marketing strategy and customer journey- Assists to develop insights, briefs, implementation plans and post campaign analysis of national campaigns.- Assists to operationalise and drive business improvement processes led by Group Marketing and Australian Marketing, gain buy-in of marketers.- Assists in communications and team management at portfolio level (Team Mini Spark sessions, campaign communications, sharing best practice- Assists in managing marketing suppliers including administration of agreements and coordination and execution of agency relationships.- Manages interface with internal shared services team- Assists to compile reports for internal and external stakeholders to showcase marketing deliverables, customer engagement, and performance results.

About you:
- An experienced in a marketing, brand or communications role and related tertiary qualifications.- You will be able to work autonomously and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Strong understanding of digital channels and their supporting analytics- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously.- Experience within the construction/property industry, ideally across residential- Successful marketing campaign and marketing material development and delivery
